Thank you for choosing P.art Promise. Each piece we create is made with care and intention, and we want your experience to be smooth and joyful.
Order Confirmation

We will confirm your order within 2 business days after receiving your order.

We will later send you pictures confirming that we have received your flowers in good condition before we begin the preservation process.
Processing & Delivery Time

Creating your custom resin art takes time. The delivery of the finished product is 3–4 months from the date we receive your flowers or items.

This timeframe ensures your flowers are properly dried and preserved before being set in resin.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within Finland.
Shipping Costs

If you are sending flowers or personal items to be preserved in resin, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping them to us.

P.art Promise covers the cost of shipping the finished product back to you.
What We Ship

We only send the finished resin art product.

We do not return leftover flowers, petals, or other materials that were sent to us.
Delivery Estimates for Finished Product

Once your resin art is ready and dispatched, delivery within Finland usually takes 2–5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damages & Issues
We take great care when packaging your art. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at p.art.promise.studio@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
P.art Promise is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for lost packages once marked as delivered. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist where possible.
