Thank you for choosing P.art Promise. Because each piece we create is custom-made just for you, we want to be transparent about our returns and refunds.
No Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our resin art, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your flowers or personal items have been received and the creation process has begun.
Refunds Before Receiving Flowers

If you cancel your order before sending or before we have received your flowers/items, you may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a non-refundable booking fee of €50.

This booking fee covers the initial design consultation and reservation of production time.
No Refunds After Receiving Flowers

Once we have received your flowers or personal items, no refunds will be issued as production will be underway or completed.
