How to Send Flowers!

Sending flowers doesn’t have to be difficult. This guide walks you through the process step by step so that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition for preservation. Follow the instructions carefully for the best result.

 

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Flowers should arrive at the studio within 4 days after the event, 

    but we recommend sending them the day after the event for the best results.

  • Delays may cause the flowers to wilt or mold, making them unusable.

 

2. Preparation Before Shipping

  • Keep the flowers in clean water, in a cool room, away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not place flowers in a refrigerator or freezer.
  • Avoid touching the petals to prevent bruising.

 

3. Packing Instructions

A. Moisture Wrap

  1. Trim 2–4 cm off the bottom of each stem at an angle.
  2. Soak several paper towels in cold water and wrap them around the stems.
  3. Cover the moist paper towels with a plastic bag (e.g., food or ziplock bag) to retain moisture. (Plastic must not touch the petals.)
  4. Secure the wrap with tape or a rubber band.

B. Protect the Bouquet

  1. Wrap the bouquet lightly in brown packing paper. (Do not use foam peanuts.)
  2. During extremely warm weather, tape and place a sealed ice packs (not returned) inside the box to help regulate temperature. (Ice packs must be sealed inside a plastic bag.)

C. Final Box Assembly

  1. Place the bouquet in a sturdy cardboard box.
  2. Add extra packing material to prevent movement during shipping.
  3. Do not include any plastic containers or additional flowers.

 

4. Shipping Method

  • Use overnight / 1-day shipping with tracking.

  • If your event is on a weekend, you may ship the following Monday – just store the bouquet in water until then.

5. Required Documentation

  • Print and complete the customer form, and include it inside the shipping box.
  • Download the form here: (Customer form link)
  • If you don’t have a printer, you may handwrite the information.

 

6. Sending Additional Items

  • Jewelry or keepsakes may be included only if they are to be used in your resin artwork.
  • Clearly label each item.
  • We are not responsible for unmarked or unexpected items.

8. After Arrival

  • We will confirm receipt with photos within 24 business hours.
  • We do not return leftover flowers, packaging, or containers.
